Design
Jackfruit does project conceptualization, management and primary design. Our projects entail knowledge of India’s pre-modern, modern and contemporary visual and built arts, including archaeology, crafts and urban planning. Jackfruit’s aesthetics are imbued with an awareness of multiple histories, markets and institutions. We often mobilize a variety of media, in consultation with experts in the respective forms. Each project is a dialogue between the client’s interests and the social context the work creates and inhabits.
